We would absolutely recommend this destination to others! We took the ferry to Isla Mujeres which was amazing-we rented a golf cart and cruised around the island. Don’t forget to stop at Punta Sur and check out the amazing views and take a nice walk by the water! We ate at La Carbonera 22 for lunch and the fish tacos were awesome! We walked the beach and it goes for miles!!
We also did a full day excursion to Tulum, which included walking through the old Mayan city, swimming in a Cenote, snorkeling in a lagoon (which we saw tons of beautiful fish and even a stingray), and finished the day eating lunch at The Beach Club, which was right by the ocean. It was a wonderful day exploring-we would highly recommend this excursion as well!
